Cold Press System

Cold Press Juicers (also known as slow juicers) use a unique method of extracting the juice from fruits and vegetables. Instead of using blades at high speeds (which can reduce a lot of the juice’s nutrient content) the Iwell JuiceBuddy squeezes and presses out the juice. This method of juicing retains the nutrients and enzymes in the juice, retaining the full flavour whilst producing a lot more juice than a conventional juicer would.

The JuiceBuddy saves you money! This is because of the way it extracts the juice. Imagine a juicer with blades for a minute - it chops and grinds fruit and vegetables into tiny pieces then drains them through a strainer. With this method you end up with heaps of messy wet pulp which is annoying to clean. Because the JuiceBuddy presses out the juice from the fruit and vegetables using a thorough extraction method, you get heaps more juice. This means you don’t have to put as much fruit in, which saves you money! The pulp is incredibly dry so you know you’re getting the most juice out of the fruit you can!

Cleaning is simple

Cleaning the JuiceBuddy couldn’t be easier. Simply disassemble the parts in the reverse order you put them together . There are no blades so it should be as easy as rinsing under warm water. If you wish to change fruits and don’t want a crossover of flavour, just pour a full jug of water through the top of the unit when it is running. This will flush out the unit ready for the next fruit!

Warranty This warranty is extended by Andatech Corporation (AC) to the owner of this machine for personal household use only.  This warranty does not apply for commercial, rental or resale purposes.  Should ownership of this machine change during the 2-year period, please provide AC with updated owner information by contacting:

2. Scope of warranty

AC warrants to owners that if the motor fails within two (2) years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship or wear and tear from ordinary household use, AC will within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, assume the cost of the parts and labour deemed necessary by AC to repair the failed machine.  The owner is responsible for the cost of paying freight to  AC’s workshop (Melbourne).  If the failed machine cannot be repaired, AC will, at its sole discretion, either (A) replace the machine or (B) refund the full purchase price.

3. Limitations of warranty This warranty covers the MOTOR for TWO (2) years and ALL OTHER PARTS for ONE (1) YEAR. This warranty applies only to cases of ordinary household use.  This warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, such as discolouration or the effects of the use of abrasive cleaners and food staining.  This warranty is only valid if the machine is used in accordance with the accompanying instruction booklet.  Abuse, neglect, alteration of the motor base, container or parts, exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions or failure to follow the operational instructions will void this warranty.  This warranty is void if repairs to the machine are performed by someone other than AC or an authorised service agent of AC.  AC will not be liable for the cost of repair by unauthorised agents or persons.  This warranty is the exclusive remedy of the owner and the sole liability of AC.  No employee or representative of AC or any other person is authorised to make any other warranty or any modification to this warranty.

IN NO EVENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL ANDATECH CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE.

4. Returns procedure In the event the JuiceBuddy or any part thereof requires service/repair, please email support@andatech.com.au with a description of the fault, photos where applicable, copy of your receipt and how the issue occurred.  AC will respond within three (3) working days and advise the next action.  If any part is needed to be returned to AC’s workshop, then the owner is responsible for the cost of freight and any special freight requests.  The owner will be deemed to have accepted the returned product “as is” upon delivery unless you notify AC is notified of any problems including shipment damage within 48 hours of delivery.
