Thank you so much for offering such great products, especially your ionisers!!! I have used so many different ones, but yours are the best ones that I have come across. I have been so impressed with all your ionisers that I have bought all of the ones that you have had to offer! It is very hard to find an ioniser, let alone a good quality one!
I have thoroughly tested your ionisers with smoke, dust, odours, allergies, hayfever, etc. I have found them to be very beneficial for hayfever sufferers. I have many family members & friends who will back me up with that, that is why I have bought so many off of you. I have found the ionisers to be absolutely superb for one's health & wellbeing & every home should not be without one. With minimal use of power, ease of use/maintenance, cost efficient & much more, what more could you ask for for such little investment?
I am most impressed by the ION388. Even though the initial cost may be considered high to some (myself included), the benefits far outweigh the cost!!! I will mention to all that who I care about, about the benefits of the ionisers & I am sure that they will want one also.
I am also very impressed by the Midi Tower, so impressed that I'm going to buy more of them & take it to work!

I believe the Ionmax air purifiers have helped improve symptoms of my multiple allergies. I am at least now able to work with dust without fear of exacerbating my symptoms. Even though I have had them on the whole time, it has not made a dent in my electricity bill. I was initially concerned about the carbon emissions, so it is a relief to know that it requires very little electricity to run.

I switched off a couple of the units and tell you what, after a day you really notice the difference. It makes you wonder how much you have become accustomed to the polluted air even inside your home. As you mentioned it is when you clean the blades that you realise how much muck was in the air.
I clean all the blades once a week or shall we say 10 days. I have noticed that the ION388 does illuminate the 'clean' light and when I pull the blades out only the edges are dirty (dust). This unit is in the only room with rugs (family room near the kitchen - very open area) I figure kitchen and cooking vapours may be causing it to flag a clean sooner. I do notice that when you wipe the blades they look clean but there must be a fine film as the cloth shows black residue.
A few friends have asked 'what's that?', walk up to the unit - wonder ... I kick off the negative ion lecture. These particular people are not into health as they believe is does not matter what you eat or do it's all genetics and there is nothing you can do to change it. Plus you have to die sometime! Well it's a fact that every person who gets to that point has a change of mind and does everything he/she can to live. The bodies natural survival instinct kicks in. Unfortunately I have learnt there is a point of no return and keeping the blood clean and thin is one of the secrets.
As you well know there are people who prefer to invest in the latest gadgets, parting etc not realising these things are hard to enjoy if at all when your health takes a wrong turn.

I am writing this letter to let you know that TOWER-ION401 Ionic Air purifier is an excelletn product and well worth the cost compared to the other units that I have owned.
I am a continual sufferer of asthmatic related illness as is my wife. For the past two months we have both been suffering quite severly due to the dry spring conditions here in Adelaide.
As soon as I installed the unit in our house within an hour or so all of our allergies dissapeared. The unit works brilliantly and is simple to mountain and economical to run. From what I have observed other units from different suppliers seem to have lost the plot in design aof their units as this does everything required of it at half of cost and is simple to maintain at the same time.
I have no hesitation in placing an order for a third unit that is now going to be installed in my office.

My initial opinion on first receiving this is its simplicity of use. The unit looks well made, and a big plus for me, personally, is its ability to stand alone, so I can place the unit in the hallway, or outside a bedrooms, as well as in my dining/living room. My wife and I live near a highway in a small 2 bedroom ground floor unit - even with the air conditioner going, and doors and windows closed, the place is covered in dust, and the place never felt "fresh". My wife has RSD, similar to MS, which affects her immune system. I needed something for the dust, pollen and mould spores here. We are both on pensions and limited money. After 2 hours of the unit being on we both noticed the air was " fresh and crisp," and much easier to breathe - even in the bedrooms down the hallway, we have noticed improvement.

I'm most impressed with this amazing unit: it has no fan, no filters & no noise & yet so effective in removing all smells within a few hours. I'll just have to wipe down the steel collector blades when the 'clean' light comes on - piece of cake.I can now stop going batty about cooking smells in the house.The 'clean' light came on yesterday (after less than a wk), & I wiped off a black greasy film - no dust as the unit is sitting on top of a high bench facing the kitchen.

I have found ‘Ionmax Air Purifier’ very effective in eliminating odour. I have used a wide range of products like air-freshener spray, home fragrance diffuser and potpourri. I found them only serve to cover up odour and indirectly making air in the room stuffier with all the extra added chemicals. Those ‘fragrance products’; at their best, only help to numb our sense of smell eventually. I have placed my Air Purifier at my laundry room where my cat Simba’s litter tray is situated. It has effectively eliminate the smell of my cat’s urine and faeces, leaving the room smelling fresh in spite of it’s use by Simba as his personal toilet!
As a veterinary surgeon, I meet lots of clients who love their pets as their own family members and yet struggle with ‘pet-odour’ issue at home. ‘Ionmax Air Purifier’-with its capacity to remove odour, dust and bacteria, is truly a ‘must-have’ to all pet lovers! I will not hesitate to recommend this product to all my friends and clients!

I purchased the above-mentioned item from you last week and would like to let you know what a fantastic product I think it is.
I work in an office environment with a lot of people who wear very strong fragrances (perfumes and aftershaves). As an allergy sufferer, I found myself in a state of rather poor health due to being couped up in an office with heavy perfumes all week, every week. My brother is in a similar working situation and purchased the same air purifier for use in his office. He is now in much better health and is extremely impressed with his air purifier.
I noticed an immediate difference on Monday when I first commenced using my air purifier in my work area. This week (thanks to my air purifier), I have been able to come to work without the need to take aspirin (for allergy-related headaches) and without the need for eye drops and cortisone cream (I suffer skin irritations and red, sore eyes when exposed to strong perfumes).
I am over-the –moon with my air purifier and intend to purchase at least one more unit for use at home; it is a fantastic product. My colleagues have been commenting on how clean my work area smells. The air is incredibly fresh! I am amazed at how well it combats the pongy perfumes and aftershaves my colleagues douse themselves in!

I have always enjoyed reading and have a habit of reading till late at night. Reading under normal reading lamp tired my eyes easily. My experience of reading using a fluorescent lamp was worse due to its constant flickering. I was delight to have found IONMAX Negative Ion Natural Lamp. It’s light is very gentle to the eyes and I can read on for longer because I has made my late night reading a lot more enjoyable. The desk lamp is fabulous - I can feel the difference on my eyes already, especially while working on the computer! It has an anti-flicker feature and a built-in ioniser that you can leave on permanently. It even has a blue light indicator to tell you when the surrounding light levels drop below 150LUX and you need to turn the lamp on to protect your eyes!!!
